    We are currently experiencing higher-than-normal latency on some traffic between Johannesburg and Cape Town.

    We are investigating the latency increase in collaboration with our providers.

    Good day,

    Please be advised of the following scheduled maintenance:

    Maintenance Date and Time:

    Maintenance Start Time : 2026-04-14 21:00

    Maintenance End Time : 2026-04-15 07:00

    Maintenance Description:

    A third party will perform maintenance on the supplier's infrastructure.

    The third-party provider will be conducting urgent maintenance for cutting over the 600m newly floated 72-core cable on the portion between Klip and IS Parklands.

    Impact Description:

    No impact is expected on client services, as traffic will fail over to the redundant paths.
