    Good day,

    Please kindly note that the latency is due to the provider performing maintenance on NLD1 and NTP1A.

    Maintenance Description:
    The provider will be testing the NLD1 and NTP1A links to improve this part of the network.

    Technical Description:
    The maintenance team is testing one node at a time and will only proceed to the next node once services on the previous node have been fully restored.

    Latency has returned to normal levels, but there may still be minor disruptions until the maintenance is fully completed.

    Please be advised of the following scheduled maintenance :

    Expected Outage/Downtime: Up to 150 minutes

    Maintenance Description:

    LD8 (London) - Cogent (AS174) will be impacted. The purpose of this work is to apply and activate software module upgrades on code running on the edge routers per the manufacturer's recommendations.

    During this maintenance window, you may experience up to two interruptions on the LD8 (London) - Cogent (AS174) service while the provider completes the maintenance activities. However, due to the complexity of the work, your downtime may be longer. Customers may also see some re-convergence during the maintenance window. Throughout the window, users might occasionally notice a slight increase in latency.

    Our network operations engineers closely monitor the work and will do everything possible to minimize any inconvenience to you.
