The Firewall vendor has successfully extracted the logs from the High Availability (HA) pair and is now conducting a thorough analysis to identify the incident's root cause. Once the investigation is complete, we will be provided with their findings.

Description:
We experienced an outage on the Hosted Firewall JB1, resulting in a temporary loss of access to the firewall and disruptions to services reliant on it.

This incident has been escalated to the vendor for further investigation.

Please note that all services are currently operational.
