    We’re pleased to inform you that the Seacom NLD between JB1 and DB1 is now fully operational.

    The fault has been resolved by the provider. We will provide a Root Cause Analysis (RFO) if we receive it from the provider.

    As per the latest update from Seacom, Teams are currently experiencing difficulties with pulling fibre from one side. However, the other side's fibre slack is okay.


    We will keep you updated on the progress of this fault.
