    Please find the below RFO:

    This is to inform you that, Service was affected due to fiber break at 16.9 km from Pietermaritzburg caused by Sanral construction contractors at hilton intersection between Pietermaritzburg <> Estcourt in our service provider’s network.


    Service was restored after splicing the fiber by service provider team.

    The fault has been resolved by the provider. We will provide a Root Cause Analysis (RFO) if we receive it from the provider.
