    Good evening,

    One of our paths between Cape Town and London went down between 18:20 and 18:45. Traffic failed over to the redundant path. Clients may have experienced increased latency and packet loss to international destinations during that time.

    This issue is now resolved, and we are awaiting the RFO from the provider.
