    Dates: 6 – 9 February 2025


    Schedule:

    • Friday, 6 February 2025: 22:00 – 05:00 (7 February)

    • Saturday, 7 February 2025: 22:00 – 05:00 (8 February)

    • Sunday, 8 February 2025: 15:00 – 05:00 (9 February)


    Description

    Network Platforms will be performing planned maintenance to relocate the Virtual Nodes and Storage Infrastructure from Teraco JB1 Datacentre to the Digital Parks Africa Samrand Datacentre.

    Expected Impact

    • No service downtime is anticipated for client virtual machines or hosted services.

    • Virtual machines will be live-migrated to active nodes while individual nodes are being relocated.

    • Backup schedules may be temporarily disrupted during the maintenance windows.


    Affected Services

    • Proxmox Virtual Environment

    • cPanel Hosting Environment (including hosted email services)

    • VoIP servers and PBXs

    • Backup services


    Fallback Plan

    In the event of unforeseen issues, all affected systems will be reverted to their current operational location to ensure service continuity.


    Additional Information

    Network Platforms engineers will closely monitor all systems throughout the maintenance period to ensure stability and performance. Should any unexpected impact occur, clients will be notified accordingly.
