    The latency to destinations in Asia and Australia is back to normal. It was restored at 14:40.

    We are still waiting for an RFO from engineers on the ground.

    Good day,

    We're experiencing high latency to some destinations in Asia and Australia.

    This issue has been escalated to the cable provider for further investigation.

    Current Observations:

    Johannesburg to Asia: Latency has increased to 175ms (normal baseline: ~116ms)

    Cape Town to Asia: Latency has risen to 194ms (normal baseline: ~135ms)
