Please take note of a Liquid Planned Change scheduled between Durban and New Germany and New Germany to Teraco on the 19th July 2024 from 18:00-20th July 2024 at 06:00. Need to cut over cables between Durban and New Germany and New Germany to Teraco on NLD 1 section 7. The bridge attachment was stolen. A new bridge attachment has been installed and a new cable floated.
Impact: Services will be down for a maximum duration of 3Hrs, other services will experience an intermittent 50ms switching hit.
Please note, that clients with protected services will be unaffected during this maintenance window.
