Teraco have detected an issue with the current power PDU's in cabinet DC4-P01, which is resulting in them being unable to perform essential tasks on them, such as firmware updates, nor generating PDU events logs. This hinders their ability to manage and monitor our systems effectively and also pose a security risk due to the inability to update the firmware.
They would like to replace the PDU's with Raritan PDU units in the maintenance slot, they will be doing one PDU at a time, ensuring that dual-connected devices remain online.
As there is a high risk of complete power loss, we will have an engineer at the data centre overseeing the change.
