Dear Customer,
Please take note of a Liquid Planned Change scheduled between Bellville to Worcester on the 7th June 2025 from 06H00 to 18H00. NLD 4 cable was damaged by TLB, services are currently at risk and exposed
IMPACT: Unprotected services running on the Liquid NLD path will experience downtime during this maintenance window.

NLD CT1- JB1 - Liquid
Reason for Change:
To repair fibre, NLD 4 cable was damaged by TLB, services are currently at risk and exposed.
Implementation plan
All fibres will be tested to confirm they are not damaged
Cut the old cable and prepare it into the new joint
Start Splicing.
Continuously confirming the NOC for service restoration.
Splice the rest of the fibres once all workers are through.
Final confirmation with both NOC on completion.
Rollback Plan:
In the event services are not restored, technician will test fibres and re-splice.
