Status: DDOS has subsided
We would like to provide a further update regarding the recent DDoS activity affecting parts of our network and certain client services.
At present, the attack activity has subsided significantly. However, as neither we nor the affected clients have engaged with or complied with the ransom demands received from the attackers, we believe there remains a strong possibility of continued or recurring attack activity.
As a precautionary measure, we have made the decision to temporarily enable DDoS scrubbing protection across all clients utilising our network, including clients who have not previously subscribed to the scrubbing service. This is being done to improve overall network resilience and reduce the potential impact of any renewed attack activity.
Our engineering teams continue to monitor the situation closely and remain prepared to respond should the attacks resume.

Status: Attack is ongoing
We are currently experiencing an active and ongoing DDoS (Distributed Denial of Service) attack targeting parts of our network infrastructure and certain client networks using our IP Transit services.
The attack pattern predominantly consists of small-payload UDP traffic targeting multiple IP addresses, with attack vectors shifting across additional addresses within the network over time. During this event, we have observed inbound attack traffic peaking at well over 300Gbps.
Our engineering team is actively mitigating the attack and coordinating with upstream providers to minimise service impact.
During this period, some clients may experience intermittent latency, packet loss, or route instability.
We continue to monitor the situation closely and will provide further updates as necessary.
