    Dear Customer,

    We would like to inform you of scheduled maintenance on our JB1 Node servers.

    Our engineering team will be performing a software update as part of our ongoing efforts to ensure optimal performance and reliability. Please note that no downtime is expected for client virtual servers during this maintenance window.


    Maintenance Schedule:
    Start: 08h00 – 15 June 2025
    End: 15h00 – 15 June 2025

    We’re pleased to inform you that the Seacom NLD between JB1 and DB1 is now fully operational.

    The fault has been resolved by the provider. We will provide a Root Cause Analysis (RFO) on request if we have received one from the provider.

    Seacom will have technicians at Parys in 30 minutes and Kroonstad in 60 minutes to start localising the issue.

    As per the latest update from Fibreco technician tested and found a fibre break at 13Km from Klip towards Parys.

    The technician is on the way to the fault location.


    ETA is 02hrs.
