Overview : Voice engineers will be performing upgrades on the primary set of Provider Edge Routers.
Impact : Intermittent drops of the VOIP Service can be expected, but all care will be taken to filter traffic 15 minutes prior to starting maintenance on a router to automatically re-route traffic to alternative paths.
