    We’re pleased to inform you that the Liquid NLD between JB1 and DB1 is now fully operational.

    We will provide a Root Cause Analysis (RFO) as soon as we receive it from the provider.

    We're currently experiencing an outage on the Liquid NLD connection between JB1 and DB1.

    This issue has been escalated to the provider for further investigation.

    Please note, clients with a protected service should be unaffected by this incident.

    1. Shutdown VM on old cluster

    2. Replicate data to new cluster

    3. Power on VM on the new cluster / Fixing interfaces and grub bootloader

    4. Test

    Rollback plan:

    1. Power off VM on the new cluster

    2. Power on VM on the old cluster

    Impact : Intermittent connectivity drops can be expected during the reboot of the switches.

    This serves to inform you that our service provider has scheduled a service affecting planned maintenance in their network.

    Activity window :

    Start Date & Time: 08H00 25th August 2024

    End Date & Time: 18H00 25th August 2024

    Expected Downtime: 10 Hours.

    Seacom have advised us of maintenance on this route on the 25th August 2024.

    Customers with protected services will be unaffected during this maintenance window.

JB1-DB1 DFA NLD is down

    This incident has been resolved.

    DFA confirmed they had a failure and had auto-rerouted the circuit via a congested route, causing packet loss.

    The circuit has been fixed, and we have put the path back into production use.

    Cisco ASR1001-X CPT-EDGE-4 is showing alarms for high memory usage, we will reboot the edge router tonight at 23H00.

    Downtime for the reboot is expected to take 5 to 10 minutes. The downtime will only affect clients terminating on this router.
